1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services or accessing any part of the Zap and Nap website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Our Services
Zap and Nap provides done-for-you (DFY) and productized AI automation services, including but not limited to:
- Workflow automation using Make, Zapier, N8N, and Activepieces
- AI chatbot setup (e.g., Chatbase, Tidio, Intercom)
- CRM and follow-up workflows
- Calendar automation and booking integrations
- Content automation and review response systems
- System integration across tools like Slack, Airtable, Notion, PandaDoc, etc.
2.1 Scope of Work
Each automation is scoped based on the intake form, proposal, or request submitted by the client.
- We do not offer custom code development beyond low-code automation logic.
- Complex API integrations beyond what is supported by your selected platform may incur additional cost and will be quoted before implementation.
- We do not handle front-end website development, custom web design, or services outside automation logic.
2.2 Communication
We operate primarily asynchronously through Trello, video walkthroughs (Komodo Decks), and email. Live calls are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Clients are expected to provide clear task instructions and feedback inside Trello.
- Komodo video updates will serve as the primary method for delivery explanation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely and accurate access to tools and assets
- Grant admin/API access to required platforms
- Maintain required third-party subscriptions
- Approve or provide feedback on tasks within 48–72 hours
- Keep Trello organized by updating task status lanes
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer in USD.
Subscription includes unlimited requests (1 active at a time), async delivery, SOPs, and Komodo walkthroughs.
- You may pause your subscription anytime; days roll over
- Cancelation effective end of billing cycle
- 50% refund for first automation if requested within 7 days
- No refunds for completed or approved work
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Clients own all automations and SOPs upon full payment
- We may reuse anonymized workflows for training unless opted out
6. Tool Subscription & Usage
- Client is responsible for maintaining external app subscriptions
- Zap and Nap does not cover third-party billing
- We'll quote required tools prior to build if needed
7. Delivery & Turnaround Times
- Delivery per task: 3–5 business days
- Complex builds may take longer (scoped in advance)
- Clients must respond within 3 days for approval
- After 7 days of no feedback, we consider the task auto-approved
8. Data & Confidentiality
- All shared data is confidential
- We use secure password storage and encryption when possible
- Client can request data deletion at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
- We’re not liable for third-party platform downtime
- Errors due to client misconfiguration are not our responsibility
- Max liability capped to fees paid in last 30 days
10. Termination
- We may terminate service for abuse, repeated delays, or ToS violations
- Termination will be issued in writing
11. Revisions & Change Requests
- 1 round of revisions per task
- Major scope changes may require a new request or fee
- All revisions must be submitted clearly in Trello or email
12. Support
- Support is async via Trello/email
- Tidycal link available for booked calls
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (GMT+8)
13. Updates to Terms
- These terms may be updated at any time
- Clients are responsible for checking the latest version
